What is the Legacy Program?

At Strides Riding Academy, we experience a world where horse riding empowers personal growth, builds confidence, and fosters lasting connections. The legacy program was designed to give life to this vision and a space to grow beyond our moments in the saddle. This program is designed for riders who want to deepen their knowledge and connection to the sport, the horses and their riding community to attain holistic growth at the barn. It is for the rider who wants to know more than simply how to ride and wants to be surrounded by a group of supporters that are cheering them on every step of the way.

The Three Pillars of Legacy

  1. Horsemanship: Deep-dive monthly clinics (4 hours long!) covering veterinary care, nutrition, sports psychology, and advanced handling.

  2. Community: A structured environment to build friendships across age groups and experience levels.

  3. Mentorship: Hands-on barn hours where students learn the management and care required to run a top-tier facility.
