Unique Summer Camp Experience

Perfect for children who love horses or dream of becoming confident equestrians, our Riding Camp includes:
Daily Riding Lessons: Small-group, personalized instruction for beginners and intermediate riders. Campers are grouped by age and skill level to ensure growth and enjoyment.
Hands-On Horsemanship: Learn to groom, care for, and connect with horses.
Creative Horseplay: From mounted games to outdoor crafts, every day is packed with fun activities.
$675 per week.
Age Range: Open to children aged 6-12.

Perfect for children who love the outdoors, exploring, and a little friendly competition, our Ranch Adventure Camp includes:
Outdoor Adventures: From ranch-wide scavenger hunts and nature exploration to building forts and discovering the outdoors.
Games & Team Challenges: Capture the flag, obstacle courses, relay races, water games, and Ranch Olympics keep campers moving and having fun.
Hands-On Activities: Building projects, gardening, creative problem-solving, and exciting team challenges make every day a new adventure.
$375 per week.

Perfect for children who love art, building, designing, and bringing their ideas to life, our Makers & Creators Camp includes:
Arts & Crafts: Painting, tie-dye, jewelry making, clay projects, and other creative activities campers can proudly bring home.
Building & Design Challenges: From constructing imaginative creations to experimenting with recycled materials, campers get to turn their ideas into real projects.
Creative Discovery: Fun STEM activities, simple science experiments, collaborative projects, and hands-on challenges encourage imagination and problem-solving.
$375 per week.

Strides Summer Camp 2027 offers three exciting camp experiences in Petaluma, Sonoma County:

Campers should bring a packed lunch, water bottle, sunscreen, comfortable clothing, and closed-toe shoes suitable for outdoor activities.
Riding Camp: Bring a riding helmet and paddock boots if available. If not, a closed-toe shoes is okay. Riding helmets will be provided for campers who need one.
Ranch Adventure Camp: Wear comfortable clothes and shoes suitable for running, outdoor games, and getting a little messy!
Makers & Creators Camp: Wear comfortable clothing that can handle paint, glue, and other creative projects.

Not at all! Our Riding Camp welcomes beginner and intermediate riders, with instruction tailored to their experience and skill level.
Ranch Adventure Camp and Makers & Creators Camp do not require riding experience, as horseback riding is not part of their programs.

No. Horseback riding is exclusive to our Riding Camp.
Ranch Adventure focuses on outdoor games and exploration, while Makers & Creators focuses on art, building, and hands-on projects. All three camps take place at our Petaluma ranch.

Strides Summer Camp runs from June 7 through July 30, 2027, with eight weekly sessions.
All three camps take place Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, at our Petaluma location in Sonoma County.
